Question by jamie: Putting on a wig for halloween?
I have long black hair
and the wig I got is also long black hair
but it has purple highlights all over.
I don’t mind if my hair shows through the wig..but can I put on a wig with my hair down? Or will it just fall off?
How should I put my hair under the wig in a way that you can still see it?

To make the wig look natural and keep it from falling off, you should tie your hair back into a ponytail and stuff it under a wig cap. You then pull the wig over the wig cap and tuck it under. You should then take a few bobby pins and use them strategically to keep the wig from slipping off your head.
This is the best way to wear a wig.
You may think that it won’t look back if you let some of your hair show. I thought it would be okay when I bought a wig that was too small one day. I just used some black wax to temp dye my hair the color of the wig. However, it didn’t look good. http://www.cosplay.com/i/costumes/200/232451.jpg
Here’s my new wig, which actually covers the sides: http://www.cosplay.com/photo/2289495/
